Charter Square is a $175 million mixed-use development of predominantly office and residential uses in two high-rise towers linked by street level retail/restaurant space and four levels of sub-grade parking. It is located on Fayetteville Street across the street from the new Marriott Hotel and Raleigh Convention Center. The North Tower consists of fifteen stories of office space, six levels of residential condominiums at the top, and retail space at the first level. The South Tower has twelve stories of residential condominiums and an integral, above ground parking structure providing dedicated residential parking.

Situated on a full city block in downtown Raleigh, Edison is an urban mixed-use development consisting of four high-rise buildings offering over two million gross square feet of mixed use space. Edison includes 530,046 square feet of Class A office space, 40,906 square feet of ground floor restaurant/retail space, 560 residential units and hotel rooms, and 2,022 parking spaces. It is proposed as the first LEED Certified high-rise project in North Carolina.

Pavilion East is a mixed-use Development of predominantly retail and offices across Erwin Road from Duke Hospital in Durham, NC. Twenty eight two story Penthouse Residential Units are also part of the development. Six hundred and eight-five parking spaces are accommodated in a structure deck and in two levels below the five-story steel frame structure.

This seven story, 145,000 SF mixed-use development is located in the South Glenwood corridor. The project consists of ground level retail, two levels of office and three levels of living units. Also part of the project is a five-story, 450 car parking structure. The offices of JDavis Architects are in 510 Glenwood.

Meadowmont is a 400-Acre master planned TND Development on the Highway 54 gateway into Chapel Hill. As the centerpiece of the development, the Village Center is designed as a festive pedestrian-oriented marketplace organized around a "Village Green/Main Street." Both living units and office space are located above ground level retail.

Chavis Heights is a residential neighborhood of multiple housing types. The project is funded as part of a HOPE?VI Grant from The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The project included the demolition of a public housing project built in 1947. JDavis Architects provided architecture, landscape architecture and planning for the entire Chavis Heights Redevelopment.

Capitol Park represents a $30 million Hope VI Grant from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The grant funded the demolition of an 850-unit Public Housing Project and the construction of a New Urbanist Development that mirrors the fabric of the adjacent neighborhoods. JDavis was responsible for the planning and architecture of multiple housing types, community buildings, offices, and central neighborhood park.
