PROJECT ARCHITECT / DESIGNER & INTERN ARCHITECT
Project Architect/ Designer:
Leadership in programming, designing, and managing the production/ construction process of projects from $1.5 to $80 million dollars. Client management is a desired in this position.
Intern Architect:
Support the activities of the Project Architects and 4 architectural Principals. Flexibility is essential.
Requirements:
Seeking individuals with demonstrated experience in areas of the real estate development industry: Mixed use, multifamily, adaptive reuse, hotels, resort development & urban infill. Creative leadership and excellent graphic skills a major advantage.
