The Apartments at Blakeney
The Apartments at Blakeney is designed by “new urbanist” principles with a pattern of gridded streets. Two-story, Craftsman style “big house” buildings have eight apartment units, each with private, ground level entrances. The buildings define the street edge and create a network of landscaped courtyards. Selected apartments have direct-entry garages. The Clubhouse/Leasing Center is integrated into a three-story apartment building. The amenity design package includes a pool with water feature, pergola, stone fireplace and a landscaped “mall” area with paths that provides for a variety of outdoor seating and entertaining opportunities. JDavis provided planning, landscape and hardscape design, and all interior and exterior finishes and furnishings.
