Alta Brewers Hill

Alta Brewers Hill, formerly known as The National, is a new high-density apartment building which is part of the Brewers Hill PUD. The project consists of five-stories of wood framed construction on top of a three level concrete podium garage with residential units in both construction types. The residential amenities include an elevated pool and two courtyards. The project seeks LEED Silver certification.
