Woodside Mill is a planned adaptive reuse of a historic cotton mill and ancillary structures on the site. The mixed use community has been planned around sustainable building and lifestyle features, including renewable energy, water efficiency and urban connectivity. The Woodside Mill seeks LEED Gold Certification and the focus on sustainability is visible throughout the complex. Woodside will utilize state and federal Historic Tax Credits and is financed through the HUD 221(d) 4 Mortgage Program.
