Collaborative Atmosphere

Our design studios, in both Raleigh and Philadelphia, include collaboration areas throughout the studio for members to meet and design with intention. Magnetic pin-ups boards, acrylic walls, white boards and stand-up desks allow employees to move throughout the studios and bring ideas to one another informally.

Creativity is Encouraged

We do not believe in seniority. If you have an idea, we want to hear it. Our firm offers many ways to showcase your creativity and talents. We have a constant rotation of events such as Design & Drinks, Lunch & Learns, Weekly Brain Breaks, and break-out Affinity groups where you can share your ideas with other members of the firm.

Seminar/Education Reimbursement: Employees will be reimbursed for registration fees to attend seminar or education sessions aimed to advance their knowledge and skills.

 

Professional Development: JDavis will grant paid time out of the office to sit for registration examinations and Licensing, as well as reimburse for passed exams.

 

Professional Society Activities: JDavis will pay half of your dues for professional societies after one year of employment with the company.

PTO

Employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for PTO benefits. Accrual rates start at 3 weeks per year and increase the longer you are with the company.

JDavis offers 9 paid holidays throughout the year.
